Our Delivery Promise is aimed at ensuring you receive your order as quickly as possible and to ensure your online shopping experience is a positive one. In general, we define delivery areas into two zones: Metro and Non-Metro. Our flat rate postage only covers NSW, QLD, ACT metro area. Please contact us if delivery address is outside the areas above, e.g. NT, WA, TAS, VIC/QLD regional and remote area.
- Unless customer specifies in advance, we choose either AustPost eparcel/satchel bag service or Courier service at our own discretion
- Tracking numbers are provided and uploaded online for most orders after they become available.
- The processing of orders, including picking and despatch are completed on Monday to Fridays during business hours (excluding public holidays). Currently, no weekend delivery service is available.
- For PO Boxes or Australia Post Parcel Lockers, we can only use AustPost e-parcel or Satchel bag services. Courier service can not delivery to above addresses. Please confirm with us to ensure you can receive the item before placing your order
- During the "wet season" deliveries into Northern Territory and Northern Queensland may be affected by adverse weather conditions. In this event, deliveries may take longer than our standard delivery time frames.

Metro Deliveries
Metro Delivery areas are defined as selected areas of Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Geelong, Perth & Sydney. Orders placed to these areas are closer to our warehouses with orders expected to be delivered within 1 - 3 business days.
Standard Items:
- Orders will be packed and despatched within 24 hours after full payment received (not including weekends)
- Tracking numbers are supplied once the order is packed and ready for despatch
Non-Metro Deliveries
Non-metro zones are designated by our courier company and due to the additional travel distance, they incur different charges and delivery times* from Metro Deliveries. Depending on your delivery zone, these types of orders typically delivered between 3 to 7 business days.

Cash on pickup
Cash on pickup service is now available for most items in our warehouse. However, please contact us via message centre to confirm stock availability and make an appointment is required prior to pickup. Please note, for security reason, we can not offer local pickup if customer has chosen Paypal payment in advance.

Buyers must contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period. We will provide contact details of the manufacturer to the buyer. For ALL AUCTION ITEMS: Items are NOT refundable after being despatched - Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.
- In special circumstances where exchange or refund is accepted - 20% of the final value price will be deducted. (restocking fee)
Software
- In general, opened software is not eligible for return, exchange.
- Unopened software can only be returned for exchanged or refunded as an incorrectly shipped product.
- Faulty or damaged software, which is opened, can be returned for exchange or request for warranty replacement as a DOA (Dead on Arrival) or damaged in transit product within 7 days upon receive.
Return Procedure
For all faulty items with Return to Base warranty, buyer have to contact us for Return Authorization first. All returned items must attach with the original receipt and return postage. Please Note: All returned non-faulty item (identified by RMA department), the buyer might has to pay for handling fee as well. We have NO responsibility on the Shipping and handing fee on any returned items. If buyer send back the item by C.O.D. service, Item will NOT be accepted.
