Auction winners must claim and pay for their item within 3 days.

We only accept payments through PayPal. For shipment to addresses in New York, we are required by New York state law to collect 8.875% sales tax.

 

 

SHIPPING

We provide either USPS Parcel Post or USPS Priority Mail shipping ship to the United States. We accept shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. You will receive a tracking number notification by email once your item has shipped.

 

We do international shipping. We offer USPS Priority Mail International ship to worldwide. Please note, international orders can take up to 30 days to deliver based on your location. We are not responsible any charges or duties incurred in your country.

 

 

RETURNS

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of original delivery date . All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and with original packaging, the product MUST NOT be worn.


If you want to return item, you need to send the item back and get refund for the purchase price. We DO NOT REFUND ORIGINAL AND RETURN SHIPPING COSTS. Even when the item listed as "Free shipping", we still incur in shipping costs. Therefore, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Once we have received the item, the full purchase price minus the shipping fee ( if the item shipped for free) will be refunded. Shipping charges for return items are responsible by the customer.

 

If you want to exchange item, you need to send the item back and get one time free exchange.  Once we have received the item, we will re-send a new one. We don't provide free exchanging for international orders.
