We deliver to PO Boxes and military addresses via U.S. Postal Service.

Our packages are fully insured. We may utilize signature required. In accordance with PayPal and eBay policies, we cannot reroute your package to a different address or hold your shipment at the local hub for pick up, your order must be delivered to the confirmed PayPal address that was provided during your checkout.

We are required to collect Missouri State sales tax when ship to address is in Missouri.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

Delivery charges only cover the cost of shipping. We offer combined shipping, commit to purchasing items and request an invoice. If you would like to find out combined shipping fee prior to making a purchase, then please contact us by utilizing ebay messaging system.

Please check your local laws, rules and regulations in regards to possible restrictions imposed on goods imported. Import duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are buyer's responsibility.

We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

REJECTED SHIPMENTS

If shipment is being rejected, then upon arrival back to our facility the full refund for the merchandise will be given back to original method of payment minus shipping charge paid during the checkout. In event that the free shipping was offered then we will deduct the actual shipping cost that was incurred by us.

• We accept PayPal, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover via eBay Checkout System.
• When bidding on multiple items, if possible please combine all the items into a singular, total payment when you are done bidding. You are allowed 4days time period to combine purchases before an unpaid item case will be opened.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained for any return. To obtain an RMA number for a refund follow these steps: Find the item in My eBay under Purchase History and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return. All returns require an RMA# on the label. If an item is returned to our facility without a RMA# it will be refused.

All returns must be in brand new condition and be packed with all contents which came with the original package including all the tags (if applicable). Retail box cannot be used as a shipping box.

A trackable and insured shipping method is strongly recommended, as we are not responsible for merchandise that has not reached our facility.
