When purchasing vehicle parts from us, please ensure the part is suitable for your vehicle.

If you are unsure about compatibility, please provide your vehicle registration number or VIN before placing your order. We can then check the vehicle details against the part information to help ensure you order the correct item and avoid unnecessary returns.

Please note: If an item is purchased without providing a registration number or VIN and is subsequently found to be unsuitable, the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs.

If you provide your registration number or VIN and we confirm the part is suitable but subsequently supply an incorrect item, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return.

We strongly recommend that all drivetrain components, including propshafts, driveshafts and CV joints, are fitted by a qualified mechanic or suitably experienced specialist. Correct installation is essential for safe and reliable operation.

Shipping & Delivery

• Fast Dispatch: Orders received before 12pm are usually dispatched the same working day. During busy periods, staff holidays and Bank Holidays, dispatch may occasionally take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated dispatch date.
• Delivery Times: We use reliable courier and postal services, including next-day services where applicable. However, delivery dates shown by eBay are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or postal services can occasionally occur and are outside our control.
• Delivery Instructions: If possible, please provide a safe place, alternative delivery address or neighbour when ordering. Where the courier allows, we will add these instructions to help ensure successful delivery.
• Tracking Information: Tracking is available for courier services and tracked Royal Mail services. Standard untracked Royal Mail services do not include tracking, so a tracking number cannot be provided for these orders.
• Please Check Your Address: Buyers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address supplied with the order is complete and correct before purchasing. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change the delivery address.

 Payment, Pricing & VAT

All current product prices and delivery charges are displayed on the eBay listing. Prices may be updated or changed without prior notice.

VAT is included in our advertised prices and applicable delivery charges at the current UK rate.

A VAT invoice is supplied with every order for your records.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you change your mind or no longer require the item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, provided it is returned in its original condition.

• Please package all returns securely to prevent damage in transit.
• We recommend using a tracked or recorded delivery service and retaining your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
• Please include your invoice, invoice number or eBay order details, together with a brief note explaining the reason for the return. This will help us identify and process your return quickly.
• Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or supplied incorrectly by us, return postage for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items is the buyer's responsibility.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can normally be cancelled and refunded if we receive your request before the item has been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to cancel the shipment. You can still return the item in accordance with our 30-day Returns Policy.

 Warranty

Our parts are supplied with a 12-month parts warranty, unless otherwise stated on the individual listing.

If you experience a problem with an item during the warranty period, please contact us with your eBay order number or invoice number and details of the fault.

The item may need to be returned to us for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved. Once inspected, where a valid warranty fault is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

The warranty does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect fitment, misuse, accident, modification, external damage or normal wear and tear.

For drivetrain components such as propshafts, driveshafts and CV joints, we strongly recommend professional installation. We may request relevant information regarding installation when investigating a warranty claim.

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
