OVERVIEW

The Maxxis Razr AT is an all terrain, all season tire manufactured for SUVs and light trucks. Maxxis offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with light truck sizes, and a 60,000 mile treadwear warranty with SUV sizes of this model.

The tire promotes exceptional all terrain performance. The aggressive tread pattern, with the staggered block placement and the high void ratio, and the detailed sidewall pattern upgrade the soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping ability. These tread elements provide additional biting edges by utilizing a higher number of sideways biting edges. This ensures the tire's forward motion during the tire's performance, optimizing the deep mud and loose dirt traction. The tread elements also eliminate mud and snow stuck between the tread elements by eliminating them from the footprint. This significantly enhances the on- and off-road traction.

The model also features a reinforced internal structure. The dual-cord casing technology manages to maintain the ideal tire shape under the load and driving pressure. This enables the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads during the drive, which greatly boosts the overall load capacity. The optimal tire shape allows the tire's close surface contact, which upgrades the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. The tire promotes a quicker and more precise response to the driver's commands, while it also secures the structural stability, upgrading the driving safety levels.

The strengthened internal structure and the self-cleaning tread pattern work together to prevent damage to the casing. The construction prevents off-road damage. It avoids punctures, cuts and impact damage to boost the off-road driving safety levels. The tread design's self-cleaning nature avoids stone retention as well. The tire eliminates rocks stuck between the tread elements, before they can drill into the tread area. In this manner, the tire avoids stone retention and upgrades the overall performing security.

The tire extends the usability. The tire features a 3D tread block and bridge pattern, while the reinforced compound elements boost the service life. The tread elements prevent tread flexing and enable the tire's even pressure distribution. The equally spread out forces of acceleration, cornering and braking resist irregular wear formations. The compound elements also lengthen the usability. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility and results in a slower tread wear rate. This promotes a longer lasting tread and service life.

The Maxxis Razr AT upgrades the comfort levels. The 3D tread block and bridge placement allows the tire to minimize the road noise levels heard during the tire's on-road performance. This pattern does not allow road noise formations as they channel airwaves through the footprint. As they do not come into contact with the tread elements, the tire is able to reduce the road and tread pattern noise heard during the drive. This results in a quiet and comfortable driving experience.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
