Lot of 6 party hats, these stand just under 6” tall. All party hats still have their strings attached. There are some signs of wear throughout ALL hats. Some creasing, color fading (mostly in solid green areas), some visible glue along seal of hat. PLEASE SEE ALL PHOTOS
