There is a fairly large snag on the left arm approximately 6 inches above the bottom cuff. I don't think it can be repaired, but you could roll the cuff up and it would not be seen. Or perhaps a seamstress could cut off the cuff and put in elastic to make a 3/4 length sleeve?

Armpit to Armpit 20 inches
Shoulder to Hem 25 inches
Sleeve Armpit to Cuff 19 inches
