New game but it has been taken out of its case, disc is put in a paper cd envelope, comes with manual, leaflets and outer sleeve/artwork and will be posted in a cardboard backed envelope (letter size not large letter) to keep it flat and reduce postage costs hence the price. See picture 2.

The games have been taken from our stock of new factory sealed games but we take them out of the case to post like this so it is a game for people to play NOT A SEALED GAME FOR COLLECTORS.
