Shipping Information
We strive to ship all orders within 3-30 days. However, some of our manufacturers now operate on a pre-order basis, meaning that certain items need to be produced after the order is placed, which may extend delivery times. While we keep a large stock in our warehouse, occasionally your item may require pre-ordering. To avoid any delays, we highly recommend contacting us prior to making your purchase so we can confirm the estimated delivery date for your order.
We ship using trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, and, in some cases, Postal Parcel Service, selecting the best option for your location. Each shipment is fully insured against breakage or loss, and we always provide a tracking number, which is uploaded to eBay.
Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receipt. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, it is the buyer's responsibility to return the item in its original condition, along with all original packaging. Returns must be shipped with full insurance to cover any potential damage during transit.
In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, please keep all packaging and boxes, as we will need photos for the insurance and shipping company. We are happy to offer a refund or a replacement (if available). Please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving your item so we can address the issue promptly.
Import Duties
Import duties and additional taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office to determine if these fees apply, as we have no control over them and do not collect any funds for such charges.
Non-Claimed Products
If a shipment is unclaimed due to refusal to pay customs duties or delays in providing required documents, resulting in its return, EASY DECOR reserves the right to charge the customer for both the initial shipping and any return fees incurred. This applies to orders shipped with FREE SHIPPING.
Notification Process
We will make reasonable attempts to notify you via the email associated with your eBay account before applying any charges.
Thank you for your trust and confidence in our store.
