New in package as shown. Each pair of wheels clamps onto the back of your sneaker - please note you will need an allen wrench to loosen/tighten the clamps. Please see the back of the packaging for instructions on attaching the wheels and see the bottom for a short how-to use the skates. The wheels light up when they spin.
