Just open a return through eBay and they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Any product you return must be unworn, and in the same condition you received it, and must include the shoe box. Please do not use the shoe box as a shipping container and affix labels or tape to it. This will result in the return being considered damaged and will affect your refund.
