All orders are processed Monday - Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm. Orders placed outside of this time will be processed at the earliest opportunity available.

Small items are shipped with Royal Mail on a recorded basis, these are usually next day however this is not guaranteed.
Larger items are shipped via UK Mail on a next day service (Orders placed before 14:00pm leave same day)

'Lost' items will be replaced with the same, faulty items must be returned to us before a replacement can be issued. Return shipping is at the buyers expense.
