This is a Rolls holiday automatic 8mm cine camera. It is in good cosmetic condition. This camera uses an 8mm spool of film that runs to a take-up spool that’s in the camera (reel to reel) not a cartridge like some newer ones.  I believe it’s in working order as I tested it and the motor runs well. You wind it up then press the shutter to start filming (no batteries are needed) Also the tripod pictured is not included. It can zoom in and out by twisting the lens.
