This lease between Sarah Thorpe and Edward Greene both from St Ives is  an interesting document from the reign of George III. The lease cost  Sarah Thorpe 5 shillings for a period of one year. These antique velums make wonderful historic wall mountings when framed.  The writing of this period and style is like a work of art. The scribes were excellent at their work.
