Australian Customers: We ship from Perth, Western Australia using Australia Post eParcel. All shipments are fully tracked and guaranteed. 

Domestic Standard Shipping is free. Express Post has a small postage fee.

International: International shipping is charged according to location, eBay will automatically calculate this fee at checkout. No mark up is charged on international postage, we post at cost price.

Refunds and Exchanges

We offer a full guarantee on all of our products. You have 30 days to return any item. 

We offer free refunds if:

• Goods are faulty or not as described
• The incorrect item or size was sent

If there is any error on our end (such as the two listed examples above), we also recover return postage for any exchanges.  

If you ordered an item, and the correct item was sent, but you wish to exchange it (e.g. if it doesn’t fit), we will refund or exchange for free. In this case the buyer pays return postage on the item. 

Note: Items must of course be returned in new condition for full refunds to be processed.
