This makes them easy to tear off one at a time for speed and efficiency, and there’s no need for liners which saves on material costs. These ready-to-use Stikit™ discs feature a pressure sensitive adhesive coating on the backs – simply press the disc onto the backup pad and you’re ready to go. They remove just as cleanly, leaving an uncontaminated surface for the next disc. We recommend using Stikit™ discs with 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Pads. For best results, we recommend use with the 3M™ Stikit™ Disc Roll Dispenser 05450.

With its open coat construction and aluminum oxide mineral abrasive, our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U provides a sharp cut – more aggressive than a comparable closed coat abrasive of the same grade. Durable C-weight paper backing makes the disc ideal for more aggressive jobs such as paint stripping around damaged areas and shaping filler. The Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U is available in a range of sizes, and works with all collision repair substrates including bare metal, e-coat, clear coat, fiberglass, paint, primer and plastic.

Resists Dust and Debris
Open coat construction means the abrasive grains on our 3M™ Stikit™ Gold Disc Roll 236U are placed with space between them to help clear sanding dust and other debris which avoids clogging the cutting edge of the grains. The The anti-loading coating also allows the disc to continue cutting even when sanding materials that would otherwise clog the disc.
