Advise us of your color choice
Send us a copy of your most recent hearing test results (audiogram).
Advise us if you have any special requirements to enable us to customize the fine-tuning of the hearing aids to match your individual preferences and unique listening environments.
Send us a side photo of your face including a reference object i.e. a ruler or a coin placed next to your ear, if you require advice on the length of the speaker wire.
Your hearing aids will undergo scientifically proven test methods to verify their sound quality.

The most state-of-the-art hearing aids provide us the opportunity to take care of the hearing aids almost always through the hearing aids’ smartphone App. We provide remote settings support/adjustments if needed at no additional cost. Returns Policy:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us and return the hearing aids to us within 14 days from the date of receiving the hearing aids, in the original packaging. Upon receipt, we will make a full refund. Please note, that the buyer is responsible for the return postal charges and we recommend using a postal service that includes tracking or insurance.
