Modern Mallet Method (Volume I) - Phil Kraus - Copyright 1958 - in excellent condition. Purchased in the late 1990s when I was majoring in music in college and has been in a box in my closet unused since 2003. The book has my name written in the inside cover, marks on the front and back covers from normal use, and writing on a few of the pages, but is otherwise in excellent condition.

It combines a knowledge of technique and a study of theory and harmony to create not only a good mallet mallet but a well-rounded musician. Lessons include technique training using the circle of 4ths, the circle of 5ths, scales, and arpeggios.
