This is a stamped steel plate in original condition. There are scuffs and scratches throughout as well as spot rust. The upper left hand corner is also bent slightly as there is a small dent between the 2 and the 0. I pictured it in the last two pictures. Please see pictures they are of the actual plate that you will receive.

I will ship in a manila envelope between two pieces of cardboard to avoid damage and bending.
