This is a one-of-a kind handmade Butterfly Kachina Figure. This figure is adorned acrylic paint and has 17 colorful feathers.  The head alone is a gourd.

The Katchina is adorned with matching necklaces and earrings. Her dress is adorned with embroidered butterflys and flowers and fabric trim. The back of the fan is adorned with a wood butterly with hanging pom poms.  The fan is adorned with a white butterfly, wood dowels with pom poms and feathers. The figure has clay arms covered with a decorative shawl.

The gourd head has natural indentations but doesn't take away from the beauty of the figure.

The figure including the fan  feathers is 26 inches across and 14 inches high. The figure and fan is 22 inches high. The wood base is 7 inches across.

This figure is not made by any tribe or native american.
