This is a Smile Pretty Cure Normal Form set from the Cure Doll series that was released until about 10 years ago.

Unlike the Cutie Figure series, the neck and arms can be moved so the pose can be changed slightly, and the figure can stand on its own without a stand.

The doll is not in bad condition, but the neck part of the Cure Sunny has been repaired and the neck cannot be moved.
