Vintage Lanz dress, I would say late 70s/early 80s. 

100% cotton, medium-weight and soft. 

Dark red background with little ditsy blue floral pattern and navy blue trim at the skirt and chest. Elastic waistband. Buttons up the bodice and at the cuffs. High neck. 

Has a small rip at the back (see 11th photo) and some sun fade to the left shoulder (see 10th photo), as well as slight allover sense of fade/age. Still lovely and very wearable. Please see all photos.

Size extra small. 

15" across underarms, 30" doubled

11.25" across waist, 22.5" doubled

15" bodice length, shoulder seam to waist

~15" across back shoulders

4.75" across sleeve opening

41" length shoulder seam to bottom hem
