An antique Scottish solid 9 carat gold (tests thereabouts) dirk / dagger brooch, set with polished agates and faceted citrine pommels (two smaller citrines may be paste).

CONDITION: Generally very good. Slight signs of wear to stones commensurate with age and use.

DATE/MARKS: Around 1880/90. Not marked.
DIMENSIONS: 64 mm long (1 inch = 25.4 mm). To give an impression of scale, the coin is 19 mm or ¾ of an inch diameter.
WEIGHT: Approx. 6.0 grams.
