Please note (see below for additional information), bulky items or a combination of edible and non-food items might not allow for shipping discounts due to the rules of each shipping company.

Hint: add an item to your cart, and if additional items are added from our shop, any additional discounts will be applied when you REQUEST AN INVOICE (when you go to make your payment, there is a button on the right that says 'Request Total' on the right side of the listings)! If you are NOT logged into your MyEbay on a desktop (mobile app does not currently have this option), or if you are buying a single item that already has a discount, the 'Request Total' option will not be available.  

Buyer is responsible for any applicable charges for purchasing items internationally. The item will be labeled correctly on the customs form (not as gift), and a reasonable value will be put on the form as well.

Any damage to the shipping box or plastic wrapping of items is not the responsibility of the seller while being transported. Items are shipped exactly as described in a sturdy container. 

All pieces leave the seller in a sealed package (box).  Packages have as much additional padding as allowed by the shipping allowance to help protect the product.

**Spring 2024 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING UPDATE**

WHENEVER POSSIBLE, shipper will use tracked airmail for packages. Certain companies refuse to ship airmail to certain destinations (see link below), and surface shipping is the only option.

Every effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible is taken.

Japan Post is the only method that accepts any food or beverage items for international shipping. Their costs are higher due to the privatization of the company, and are based on the weight of the item. For larger non-food items (higher weight) or higher value items, Yamato transport is the better option as it has lower shipping costs by weight and higher insurance coverage. Depending on the item(s) being purchased, the seller will choose the best option for the item and the insurance coverage for the value. 

In most cases with airmail shipping, packages arrive into Customs approximately 5-15 BUSINESS days after being released from Japanese customs, and to their final destination approximately 2-5 BUSINESS days after release from customs (depends on the distance from postal center). Delays on either side of customs could change this time, and is not the responsibility of the seller. Every effort to get the package to you as quickly as possible is taken.

Currently Japan Post refuses air or surface parcel mail to certain destinations (please check these restrictions at https://www.post.japanpost.jp/int/information/overview_en.html). Please be aware that this could increase shipping time dramatically, and the seller is not responsible for these restrictions nor delays in the arrival of any package.
