International Shipping is offered through eBay's Global Shipping Program.   We primarily use USPS but other carriers may be substituted based on lowest cost.  Your item will be mailed within 2 business days after payment is received/cleared, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. Shipping quotes are only for the lower 48 states, there may be additional cost to other states outside the lower 48 but we do our best to keep shipping cost down.  We do not ship to APO addresses.  Buyer pays shipping charges unless otherwise stated in the listing.
