For each purchase, tax receipt is issued, which always travels together with the goods unless you request the sending from the customer by email or WhatsApp.
In case of request for tax invoice issue, the Customer must request the same in the notes of the order or in a message immediately after the purchase. Customers residing in the European Union
The customer has the right to return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery of the same. The product must be returned intact, in its original packaging, accompanied by the tax receipt.
Customers not resident in the European Union
We inform customers residing in Extra European Union countries that the return of the product is not accepted for any reason. The order can only be canceled before its evasion.
