Fenghuang Dancong is a select oolong tea from Guangdong province, this is a high quality handmade oolong from China,  also known as Phoenix bird oolong, each bush produced a uniquely flavored tea. 

This tea is light and slightly astringent, with a hint of tropical fruit.    This tea absolute delight, from the lovely black leaves, to the complex aroma of the infusion which is a lovely golden yellow liquor, with a complex delicate woody, fruity taste.    According to its different flavours, Dan Cong teas have been divided into many types, such as Zhi Orchid, Osmanthus, Yulan, Almond, Cinnamon, Ginger Flower, Jasmine, Honey Orchid, HuangzhiXiang, Grapefruit, etc.,

Yu Lan Xiang Dan Cong Oolong tea:

Yu Lan aroma Dancong enjoys very fresh, natural Yu Lan(magnolia) aroma; after brewing the tea, the magnolia aroma spreads out quickly; smell the infused tea leaves after 8 times of infusion, its aroma is still existing and long-lasting in the Gaiwan.

Sweet tea liquid without any bitterness or astringency. After sipping the tea liquid, the whole mouth is rich in magnolia aroma mixed with sweet taste. Yu Lan Xiang(Magnolia aroma) belongs to the orchid aroma category. Its unique, natural magnolia(Yu Lang flower) aroma and honey taste is pleasing and lingering for a long time. However, though it belongs to orchid aroma category, its aroma and taste is quite different from Da Wu Ye.

For light-roasted fragrant Dancong, it requires the tea farmer possessed very high skills in tea-making process, especially controlling well the Zuoqing process, to get out the Yulan aroma hidden in the Yulan tea variety; if fails in the Zuoqing process, there is no any Yulan aroma in the tea.

Usage:
Suggest 8-10 Grams of tea with 150-200ml 100.C water to brew for 20 seconds for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing,can brew over 6 times.

Storage: keep in sealed package and environment should be dry with low temperature, avoid odor.
