Kirk aluminum universal adjustable telephoto lens collar and tripod mount plate. The plate mounts to the tripod mount on the camera and the collar goes over the lens. The bottom of the plate has a built-in Arca Swiss quick release mount. Allows for balanced mounting of the camera with heavy lenses. The collar is adjustable on the bracket. The spacer under the collar can be removed to align the mount with the lens/camera combo depending on the diameter of the lens. The camera mount has multiple positions as well.
