I have pure unfiltered extra virgin olive oil from my home town in Sicily Italy. Sommatino

Located 100 km south of Palermo and 45 km northwest of Agrigento.

The olive grove is mixed with young olive trees and 120 year old olive trees.

The smell is exactly the same smell you get as if you were to walk into the (Frantio) where the olives are washed, mashed and pressed into pure Sicilian oil.

These olive trees are hand pruned (trimmed), the land is tilled carefully. The sulfur deposits in the soil give it the perfect balance.

This it best if used as dressing, raw for dipping bread, topping on sauce or soups while dished.

This is the closest that it gets from homemade. If you ever had fresh olive oil in Italy and searched around. This is the one.
