1912 Hardcover with light-moderate edgewear - a tiny tear/crack to color plate on front cover, tanned top text block and the first couple pages/endpapers have some age-spotting (worst pages shown) - only a spot or two at the edges of a couple interior pages.  Otherwise, inside pages clean with only very light signs of wear.
