Pre-owned in acceptable to good vintage condition. Pages has no highlighting or underlining. The first 35 pages has minor staining. Corners line up with no dog ears. Top, bottom and fore-edge has some staining. Binding is sound but hardcover in the back has some separation but holding well. Hardcover and spine has fabric imperfections. Missing fabric has cut into spine lettering.
