📐 How to Select the Correct Frame

Choosing the right frame size is easy once you know what to measure.

1. Measure your picture or print
   The size you need to order is based on the actual size of your picture or artwork, not the outer edge of the frame.
   Example: if your photo measures 10 x 8 inches, you need a 10 x 8 frame.
2. Allow for the frame border
   Each frame has a small internal lip (called a rebate) that slightly overlaps your picture to keep it secure — this is completely normal. The visible area will be a few millimetres smaller than your measured size.
3. Check your orientation
   All frames can be hung portrait or landscape — just choose your required size, not the orientation.
4. For mounts or inserts
   If your frame includes a mount, select the size that matches your picture, not the overall mount opening.

📏 Please note: Frame sizes refer to the internal picture size (the size of the photo or print that fits inside the frame), not the external dimensions of the frame.
Each frame has a small lip (rebate) that overlaps your picture edge to hold it securely in place — this is standard for all picture frames.

💡 Remove the protective film from both sides of the Perspex before use for maximum clarity.

30-Day Return Policy

• You can return your item within 30 days of receiving it for a refund or replacement.
• If your frame arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue — we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.
• If you order the wrong size, colour, or item by mistake, we’re happy to accept a return — however, the buyer is responsible for return postage in these cases.
• Returned items must be unused and in original packaging to ensure safe handling.

Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement promptly.
