All items ship directly from our US-based warehouses. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day after payment clears (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipping Carrier
Packages are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on package weight and destination. A tracking number will be provided automatically once your order ships.
Delivery Locations
We ship to all addresses within the lower 48 states. We do not ship to APO/PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories at this time.
Appliance repair parts are often model-specific. To ensure you receive the correct item, please confirm compatibility before purchasing.
We strongly recommend checking your appliance’s brand and model number against the listing details. If you're unsure, feel free to message us – we’re happy to help verify fitment.
30-Day Return Window
If something isn’t right, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
Item must be in original condition (unused, uninstalled, with original packaging)
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective on arrival, etc.)

If you receive the wrong part, please contact us right away with:
Your order number
A photo of the item you received
Your appliance’s brand and model number (located on the manufacturer’s tag inside the door frame, back panel, or drum opening)
This helps us quickly identify the correct part and get it shipped out to you.

We currently accept payment via PayPal. Payment must clear before items are shipped. Please ensure your shipping address on PayPal matches your eBay order address to avoid delays.
