If there is a seat position memory malfunction it's likely caused by a faulty seat position sensor (Part# 65912300)
This sensor is no longer available from Ferrari and is difficult to find and expensive!
The most common failure in the sensor is this small coupling shaft which activates the potentiometer. It brakes and is no longer able to turn it.
