Our Source
We specialize in selling customer returns, overstocks, retailer shelf pulls, less-than-perfect, salvage, and damaged box goods from big-box retailers. Even with new items, the packaging typically will show signs of handling. We try to include as much information as possible about each item in our listings, but please do not hesitate to reach out to us before placing an order if you have any questions.
Returns
We are committed to making sure that you leave this transaction satisfied. If you're unhappy with any product you receive, you may return it for your money back within 30 days unless stated otherwise in the listing. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received and with all original packing materials. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and there is a 20% restocking fee (unless, of course, it was our mistake).
