Dieselheat Ducted Fan Heater Install Kit with Automatic Coolant Valve (3 way valve)

This kit includes everything required to install a ducted fan head with 1 outlet on a Dieselheat diesel hot water system. The kits includes a 3 way electronically controlled coolant valve which plugs into the Dieselheat thermostat to shut down coolant in the fan heater when not in use, this minimises excess heat from the system when air heating is not needed.

Suits installations where the fan heater is further than 1m from the hot water system or over 0.5m above it.

This kit does not include 16mm heater hose , please order the quantity of hose you need for your installation separately.

Kit Includes

• 1 x Electronically controlled 3 way coolant valve
• 1 x plastic 16mm automotive tee
• 5 x 16mm stainless hose tails
• 10 x hose clamps
• 90mm return air vent
• 1m of 60mm ducting
• 1 x Eberspacher 60mm warm air outlet vent
• 2 x 60mm ducting clamps

Note: This install kit is designed to work with the DH Hydronic diesel hot water systems configured for no internal coolant bypass or DH22/DH40 Electric Solar hot water systems (refer to install instructions). The 3 way coolant valve allows coolant bypass when the air heating fan head is switched off.
