Red cover faded, dogeared and bumped, scuffed, slightly torn to base of spine.  Binding between cover and book becoming detached.  160 pages plus more, displaying adverts for products, shops and attractions of the time.  No pages missing or loose.  Pages tanned with age, some foxing throughout, no marks or annotations.

The four fold out maps are present and still attached.  The map of Bournemouth, The New Forest etc has a tear on the side where it is attached, about 3 cm in length.
