Shipping & Customer Care

To keep our kits affordable, we use USPS Informed Visibility shipping. This allows us to monitor delivery progress internally while keeping costs low for our customers. This shipping method does not generate a public tracking number for buyers and eBay may not send you a “shipped” notification. 

If you need expedited shipping or a service that includes a customer-visible tracking number, please message us before ordering. We are happy to discuss options when possible.

Nearly all orders arrive within eBay’s estimated delivery window. USPS delays happen occasionally due to weather, busy seasons (Christmas), etc… though this affects only a small percentage of the hundreds of kits we have shipped.

If your order is still within the estimated delivery window, please assume your package will show up within the estimated delivery window.  If your order has not arrived within the delivery window, please DO send us a message. We will gladly locate your package through USPS and make things right if needed. We are easy to work with and committed to making sure you have a great experience.

Each LED kit is hand-assembled in the USA by our family when your order is placed. We build these because we genuinely love RC and enjoy helping others experience the hobby. We appreciate your patience, your support, and your love of RC.
