Up for your consideration is this Wonderful Beautiful & Stunning Looking Antique 1880's Ansonia ROYAL BONN 1755 OPEN ESCAPEMENT Key wind Bong/Gong Strike Mantel clock. There is a sticker/label on the back brass cover showing the clock must have been serviced at one point in time.

The Beautiful Victorian Style Porcelain cabinet on this clock is Absolutely Stunning looking to say the least. I DID NOT FIND & CRACKS OR CHIPS IN THE CASE/CABINET. The Porcelain Case has a Spectacular Brilliant Bright Vibrant Floral Flowered color pattern that is Clean from Top to Bottom with a very Nice Finish & it is overall Cosmetic condition is Sweet ""Not Perfect"" as there is some Crazing in the Finish which is to be expected for a Clock of this age. But it is still Very NICE!

The brass bezel & glass on the front swings opens fine "BUT IT DOES NOT LATCH/SNAP CLOSED ALL THE WAY so the Front Door Might Not Stay Closed. ALSO THE GLASS HAS A CRACK ON THE EDGE SHOWN IN A PICTURE. The hands are in nice condition & the Porcelain dial face of the clock is in Nice condition.

The mechanism itself is complete with Key & Pendulum & appears to be in good condition. The clock seems to run fine.  It Chimes/Bongs Nicely (1) Once on the Half hour & then Chimes/Bongs on the Hour counting off the Hour(S) accordingly. THIS IS A VINTAGE "ANTIQUE CLOCK THAT RUNS BUT REMEMBER IT IS OVER 100+ YEARS OLD ""NOT A QUARTZ CLOCK"" AS I STATE THIS CLOCK IS RUNNING BUT YOU MAY WANT TO HAVE IT LOOKED OVER OR EVEN SERVICED AT A LATER DATE.

This Wonderful & Beautiful working "ANSONIA" Clock is being SOLD in AS IS CONDITION WITH NO WARRANTY.

The ""APPROXIMATELY"" size of this Beauty is 14-1/2" long, 5-1/2" wide/deep & 12" high. The dial face is "Approx" 4" in diameter & a total of 5-1/4" including the bezel.
