These have a stretchy elastic waistband so really the waist could fit between like 29 and 34 almost. Many pockets, some zippered. The same rip stop fabric as the Silencrs. Awesome shorts. There is a small white mark on the back of the shorts, down low, not very noticeable, it might come out, other than that they are very nice.
