* All my items are handmade to order and I aim to dispatch within 3 working days, HOWEVER,  my actual processing time is 5-7 business days so please keep this in mind when ordering.

To avoid disappointment, please work off the latest estimated delivery date.

* If you need your item urgently please contact me PRIOR to ordering so that we can discuss options. I cannot take responsibility for items not arriving in time if I don't know when they're needed by and the appropriate postage method hasn't been selected.

* All items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class or international standard. THESE SERVICES ARE NOT TRACKED. If you would like tracking please upgrade the delivery method to a tracked service  at checkout. I have many delivery upgrades available.

* Selecting next day delivery doesn't guarantee your item will arrive the following day. It's purely a next day delivery service so doesn't include my processing time. As above, please contact me if you need your item urgently.

* International delivery generally takes 7-10 business days but can take longer due to the time items spend at customs.
