Shipping
All of our items are in stock and ready to be shipped directly from our warehouse. We ship out all orders within 1-business day after payment clearing via USPS Priority Mail, except for large quantities or oversize items which may ship via USPS Parcel or UPS Ground. Normal transit time is 2-5 business days depending on your location.
Please be sure to verify that your address is correct as we will only ship to the confirmed address on file at the time of checkout. If an address change is needed after shipment or a package comes back due to a wrong or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for all applicable change fees and cost to reship an item.
Returns and Warranty
We offer a 30-day return policy on all of our items. If your item is defective or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us immediately upon receipt so that we can issue a replacement. For items in which there are no defects or errors made on our part, we must receive the item back in new condition, unopened in the original packaging and we may hold a 15% restocking fee per item to cover associated costs. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Many of our products also come with a warranty(be sure to check individual product for warranty details).
