With this hand flaker you can crush all types of grain the size of wheat except maize. The thickness of the flakes is continuously adjustable. The stone rollers flake a little finer than the stainless steel rollers. A flaker with stainless steel rollers is recommended for those who frequently want to process oilseeds, as stone rollers would stick together.
