This is labeled 3XL, but please go by the measurements below.

Across shoulders in back: 19"

Nape of neck to Hem: 59

Bust across front: 19" = 38"

Waist: 16 = 32

Sleeve length: 36"

Sleeve around: 9" = 18"

Hip: 70"

Hem around: about 160" (about 4.5 Yards.

Has a hidden zipper in the side. 

Comes with the bow for the bodice and then the neck piece which will fit up to a 17" neck.

This dress requires a hoop skirt slip of some kind. I have a few up for sale and will try to combine shipping if you buy one from me.

It doesn't seem to wrinkle much but I can't call it Permanent Press because there isn't anything saying that.
