Buyer has 30 calendar days to return an item from the date the buyer received the item. The item must be unused and in the same condition that the buyer received it, along with its original packaging and any accessories for a product refund. Buyer is responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition are subject to a minimum 50% restocking fee.

Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of an error made by us, we may charge a restocking fee of 15%.
