Intention of use is for a fire escape or for tree house access or similar  Whilst it is not tested this should easily carry 100kgs or even a bit more 

The rope used is 3 strand pre-stretched 14mm 

The overall distance from top to bottom step is 185cms but the way this is made this could be shortened easily 

The top 6 steps are bigger than the bottom one 

6 x 355 x 125mm

1 x 290 x 130mm

The distance between each step varies between 28 and 32 cms 

The 4 ropes extend above the top step by ~ 180 cms 

The rope in this alone cost £96.00   so grab a bargain   It was a lot of work here and not charged for
