The March Networks CB-31763 MegaPX ATM Camera is a high-quality surveillance camera intended for use in ATM installations. Its 3MP resolution provides crisp and detailed video footage to record important events. The camera has advanced capabilities such as active tampering detection, motion detection, and presence detection to ensure that any suspicious behavior is detected as soon as possible. It also features facial detection, which adds an additional degree of protection. The camera has a 1/2.8" CMOS image sensor and a fixed lens with a horizontal field of view of 93°, as well as H.264 video compression and multi-streaming capabilities for efficient video storage and transmission.

Return and Replacement

We accept returns that are requested within 30 days of receipt of the product(s). Please contact us before opening a return. Please note that all returned electronics are thoroughly inspected and tested upon receipt to verify their condition and check for any signs of tampering, including unauthorized modifications or component removal (commonly known as "part harvesting"). Tampering with products, such as removing GPU chips, RAM, or other components before returning them, constitutes fraud and is a felony. We will only issue refunds for items that have not been tampered with or altered in any way. Returns showing evidence of tampering will be rejected, and we will report such incidents to the appropriate authorities.

If you receive a product that's missing parts or accessories or is not in the condition you are expecting, please contact us for a replacement.

If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll help you with filing a claim and guide you through the return/refund process.

What you need to know about the return:

Please keep all the contents of the box in the original packaging. We must receive the product along with all accessories to issue you a full refund.

If a product needs to be returned because of shipping damages, please provide photos of the boxes the product arrived in as well as damages to the product to get a full refund.

A product that's returned to us without the original packaging will be charged a restoking fee. This is not applicable to those who received a damaged package.

A product that has returned without the original accessories will be refunded based on the product condition.

A product that has been used and returned will be refunded based on product condition.

Please provide us with the shipping tracking numbers after shipping out a return to get the refund within the same day we receive your returned products.
