Suction cups
Based on the materials, suction cups can be rubber suction cups, plastic suction cups and metal suction cups. Most of our commom rubber materials are NBR, SI, SE,EPDM,PUR,FKM,NR and NE.
Based on the shapes, suction cups can be divided into flat suction cups,oval suction cups, bellows suction cups and special suction cups.
Based on the methods of reducing the pressure, there are pneumatic suction cups and hand suction cups.
How to use the cups?
1.Place the product on the material surface which is smooth,dry,clean and no crack leakage.
2.Pushing the hand lever repeatedly produces the vacuum, 3 trokes produce full vacuum, or when the red
indicator on the pump is hidden inside then you can carry the material.
3.The red indicator is the important warning signal, if you see the indicator line can’t be hidden
or the pump comes out, you should keep the material on the floor immediately.
How to maintain this product?
Please clean the suction cup after using and keep it in place, do not leave it on the material surface in case the suction cup falling down. Directly put the suction cup on the floor may damage the sealing line.
