Thermostat

This is a really nice thermostat that I thought was very simple to use.

I had this installed at my mother's house, but she is 86 years old

and could never remember or understand how to go into the menu mode

and change from cooling to heating or heating to cooling.

It does have Auto-Changeover option, but you can't have the heating and cooling setpoints at the same setting, which is what she tried to do.  I had to turn off Auto-Changeover for her.

I ended up installing a simpler thermostat with a slide switch on the front

so it is easier for her to just slide the switch.
