The total width of the sparkling pendant is 11.6mm (7/16").  The raised center section of pave diamonds is 7mm. The drop with bale is 3/4".

The 1.7mm Sterling Silver box chain necklace is 17" including the lobster claw clasp.  It is adjustable to 16" with an extra round loop.  The back of the pendant has the trademarked (c )D.Y.  925.  The lobster claw closure has a DY on it. There is also a small tag hanging near closure with DY logo on one side and (c)DY 925 on other side.
